“Honoring the best” event for our apprentice Theresa

Even though Robert Füllmann has been volunteering for the IHK for quite some time, we have not trained our own apprentices so far. That has changed in 2020: Theresa Noll started with us as the first apprentice to become a materials tester specializing in metal technology. In winter 2022 she has now completed her apprenticeship – and with a “very good” grade. We are pleased that she was able to learn so much with us and will continue to be part of our team in the future.

Two other materials testers from the Aachen area (this time specializing in heat treatment technology, Dreistegen company) were also able to complete their apprenticeship with a grade of 1 (corresponding to an A). All three apprentices regularly took part in the company apprenticeship classes offered by Robert Füllmann and a colleague from RWTH Aachen University for prospective materials testers from the Aachen area. Hopefully we can continue to contribute to many successful graduations in this way.
