C19005 | CuNi1,5Si0,3Zn0,5

The microstructure is (light microscopically) single-phase and shows strong deformation. The hardness is 184 HV0,05.

Improved version of C19005. It is a precipitation hardening CuNiSi alloy with high strength characteristics and good relaxation capacity. The alloy is characterised by excellent spring properties and good corrosion resistance. Areas of application are automotive, connectors, carrier strips and components in electrical engineering.
